For last few years I have been
eating very little lunch, infact
no lunch at all when very
busy. I have noticed at end
of day that I was absolute
ly worn out. My reason
for not eating in middle
of day was a fear on my
part that it would make
me sleepy & dull mentally
Today I took a good hot
lunch and I discovered
that I did my work easier
better and was not fatigued
at end of day.
